By Chief Keith Bliss
March 25, 2024

At 01.14 this morning Station 63 and Micu83 was dispatched to the 400 block of S. Main Street in the Borough for a CO detector activation with a sick person. Rescue and Traffic 63 responded and arrived and crews went into service with meters and found a high reading of CO in the basement. The Spring City Police advised the neighbor of the twin home of the situation and all residence there were fine and no sick person was found and the Micu returned. Crew members set a fan at the front door and secured the heater and readings went down to normal and the residents could return back inside. Units cleared about 45 minutes later.
