LFC teams up with the Spring City Legion for Memorial Day
By Liberty Steam Fire Engine Co. No.1
May 27, 2024
In 1957 the Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company erected a monument at the Zion Lutheran Church honoring the LFC members who served our country during wartime. For the last 16 years, the LFC has teamed up with the Spring City Legion Post 602 in honoring our veterans and first responders. On this beautiful day, we once again came to gather for another year of honoring those who served. The Spring Ford Middle School band was on hand to play the Star-Spangled Banner and taps.
The Spring City Legion and the LFC want to thank all of those that attend this service and especially to those that served our country and communities.
