Spring City Music & Market Festival 2024
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, October 05
Today The LFC, with Ladder 63 and 10 members, attended the annual Spring City Music & Market Festival. The community enjoyed the beautiful weather with food, music, and other activities along the Main Street. Evening accident in the Borough
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, September 16
Shortly after 6pm the LFC and EMS from RFD were alerted to a two vehicle accident at New & Main Streets in Spring City. Units arrived to find one car leaking gas and some damage done to the Spring City Hotel building. Crews contained the gas leak and Fire Police controlled traffic around the scene. Early Morning Rescue
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Company No.1, September 12
On Wednesday morning the LFC & RFD were dispatched to the are of Spring Hollow Gold Club for a vehicle accident with a subject reported trapped. ENGINE 63 & Rescue 98 arrived and both crews proceeded to work on extricating the driver of an SUV. Once removed from the vehicle, the patient was treated and transported by RFD EMS. LFC Completes Bay Door Project

Last week our bay door project was completed. As we shared previously, our aging doors were replaced and now the final part has been completed. As you drive by the LFC you will note red LED lights illuminated on the exterior of the bay doors. Station upgrades
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Co. No. 1, July 10
During this week the LFC station began some much needed station upgrades. The upgrade includes all matching bay doors, new garage door openers, and safety lighting. The LFC chose doors with a lot of windows that allow the community and its visitors to see the equipment used to protect them. House saved due to quick work
Liberty Steam Fire Engine Co. No.2, June 24
This morning at 0545 hours the LFC along with Royersford Fire Department, Ridge Fire Company, and the Phoenixville Fire Department were alerted for the house fire in East Vincent on the 200 Block of Stoney Run Road.
Within 6 minutes, Ladder 63 (LFC) arrived and investigated. Power was quickly secured to the home and crews located the area of fire. Rescue 65 (PFD) arrived and all crews began opening ... (Full Story & Photos)
